Jerome of EM Roofing left a flyer in my doorway. Usually I do not respond to these. In this case, I did, and called him because of a bad leak in my eavestroughs, coming down onto my porch. When he arrived, Jerome handed me a business carde and asked permission to look around. He informed me that it would be better if he came back on a warmer day, which he did. He went up on the roof and then left an estimate. I was very surprised at the price. His level of honesty was astounding. I had no idea what was going on up there. I could have been at the mercy of "dishonest roofers" of which there are many. I agreed to have the work done and this time he showed me a picture on his phone, , that I was missing some tiles on the roof which had blown way. He repaired these as well. I cannot say enough words of recommendation. He is an honest and ethical roofer.
