Took laptop in for possible charger port issue, but they told me it was actually a motherboard issue. They fixed for $100, which I am sure is much cheaper than most other options,even Asus the manufacturer, who didnt want to fix the 6 month old device for free,,because the hinge had a tiny crack in it. Unbelieveable I thought, since it was almost new ! Glad I found this place by accident Fair and friendly couple. Thanks !
