My previous tenants left an apartment in a state where I could no longer rent it without some serious work, which was too much for me to handle myself. Marek came in and was very knowledgeable and advised me on what we could do. He worked with my budget and finished the job on time with a new kitchen, washroom and bedrooms. I am very happy with the workmanship and I will be calling Belfield Homes the next time I have an apartment to renovate.
