Arkadi at Best Appliance Repair provides timely and effective repairs. He was very pleasant to work with. He provides an estimate before completing the work and also have me great advice on when repairs were not necessary. I would strongly recommend his services and will call him again if the need arises.

Harris is my go to for any roofing related issues. Most recently he did an emergency repair on my skylight saving us lots of potential problems over the winter. He provides excellent advice and checks the entire roof each time he does work. He has replaced our eaves troughs and soled a 20 year old problem of water dripping on our stairs and freezing. We contacted Watertite Waterproofers when we discovered water seeping into our basement during a winter thaw. Their knowledgeable staff helped us to understand what was happening and allowed us to develop a plan to rectify the situation once winter was over. Once the workmen were on site they completed the work efficiently and were extremely careful about both our property and our neighbours. Following completion of the job they were very responsive when we called to report that there was a depression in the ground as a result of a heavy rainstorm. They had alerted us to that possibility so we were not alarmed and very satisfied with their response.
