Excellent service with these guys; came promptly and on-time as well. We had a broken cog that came off of our garage door opener, because the springs were broken and the weight was too much for it to handle. He repaired the opener and replaced the springs--he had an extra "slightly used" set of springs that he offered to us with a warranty to keep the peace of mind, for a greatly reduced cost, and we accepted. Very happy with the results!

Had Just In Time (owner's name is "Justin") come out to try to maintain 2 old furnaces from the mid-70's, so that we wouldn't need to replace them. They were fine, they certainly put in a great effort to keep them running properly, but alas they needed to be replaced. When the service person called Justin for a quote on a new furnace, saying I wanted a mid-efficiency, he was told they didn't have any left, so I said I'd shop around over the next month (it was no rush). We had Just In Time out again for a duct cleaning, inquired again about mid-efficiency furnace, he called, and voila they apparently had 2....hmmm. 2 weeks later, and they found 2? We ended up going with another company (Sun Valley HVAC), because install cost was about double with Just In Time, by the way.

Moved into a 35-year old home with 2 original furnaces that needed replacing. Found their ad on Kijiji, and they were prompt in returning phone calls, keeping within their set-up timelines (we asked them to do the job over a long weekend while we were away, and they did it!), and even did some trouble-shooting that worked very well when we had some electrical eccentricities... Great price on the 2 units; we wanted mid-efficiency units, and they got a hold of 2 of them for us as well. Very pleased with service, and furnaces have been running smoothly for many cold months now!

Wanted to get some waterproofing done to a leaking vertical crack in our foundation; leaked only when eaves overflowed, but still wanted it fixed! Some foundation repair people will only do thousands of dollars of digging, etc to get the job done, but this sealant will do the trick! waranteed for 5 years for no leakage, but he said it should be fine from now on. Bill is the owner, but his son Cody is taking over the job, and did most of the grunt work. Great job, it seems to be holding up very well, and Bill even walked around the house with me and offered some great tips on how to prevent water seepage in the future, keep up maintenance, etc. Worth the cost, I'd say.
