An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

Not only was I impressed with the product and the installation, I have to commend the staff for their product knowledge, and excellent customer service. We were leaning to buy Acacia flooring from another retailer, and Three Towers was the only one who informed us that they DON'T sell acacia because its made in China, and they have a strict policy towards not selling any made in China products whatsoever. So we chose a beautiful maple floor, that was made right here in Georgetown Ontario! You guys are great because of rock solid integrity. That is a quality that cannot be bought and sold, and that is the reason I will be coming back to you.
