I've just had my hardwood floors completed by Three Towers and glad to say that I'm happy I made the decision to go with them. I built a custom home, and was deliberating over choosing a prefinished floor or finishing on site, and after meeting John, I left their showroom thinking this guy is an encyclopedia when it comes to his knowledge of wood! The whole process of choosing a flooring company was very confusing. There are so many companies and the prices range all over the place. But after talking to John I knew I found the guys who would do our floor. He spent well over an hour with us in the showroom, he showed us all our options and we ended up doing Brazilian cherry, finished on site with a water base finish. Nam and his team did a fantastic job of installing and sanding my floors, and they were always courteous and polite. My dad worked in construction his whole life, and he was impressed with their workmanship. Price wise, Three Towers was very competitive. I did get a cheaper quote, but my gut told me to go with Three Towers and after seeing how the job came out I am glad I used them.
