Tim and Harley did a great job! They are hands down the best value you will find. They do this by running lean, such as not having a sales person. They did not try to up sell at anytime. I ended up going with a Goodman as it comes with 10 year parts and Labour warranty. It is also manufactured in the US, unlike Lennox. Also Shannon was great to deal with. She responded to all my questions very quickly.
