Don was recommended through a terrific plaster guy and we were very pleased! It was a smaller, but meticulous job and Don went above and beyond. I called these guys to ask about a window lock that was broken(They were not the original installers). The person I spoke with was kind enough to give me an option that ended up working perfectly and saving me money! Grateful for good people and awesome customer service! We have used Cold Creek for 9 years now. What incredible service! They recently did the first Spring clean up and fertilized and WOW does our yard already look amazing! We only had one rainfall and the grass is already so green and beautiful! The guys are always very mindful and keep our property looking amazing!

Ronan has been a terrific communicator! I know he is very busy, but Ronan was kind enough to respond to me on a Sunday and has given me a very fair quote on a small job. Indeed I plan to use him for other services as well! UPDATE to my review: Ronan just finished the repair job and I am so pleased! He did perfect and clean work. We have used Manax for several years. I have always been pleased with their service and promptness. I do find some of their pricing to be high such as cost to replace a hot water tank. We did use someone else for this who gave us another option. However, for other services such as snaking drains and repairs they are right on par with others. I also like that Manax has always left their work area clean as opposed to others who left a huge mess. Overall, I recommend Manax.
Mike has installed units in our businesses and has always been fantastic! Recently we had an issue with our home furnace and he came and found the problem-mice had chewed some wires! He fixed it right away and got everything in order perfectly: Terrific service for years and we are so happy to have someone so nice and fair to rely upon :)
