We ordered doors in early November. An installer was supposed to show up the next day in the morning. They never showed up, and never called. When we tracked the company down, they said we would be first clients the next day. They were still over an hour late - with no call to explain what was happening. We were told the doors would take 3 weeks and the first door took close to eight weeks. When I called, I couldn't get past voicemail, and no one calls back. I emailed several people in the company, but got no response. Followup - We finally got the shower doors installed at the end of January - after they showed up with two of the exact SAME doors for two different showers by mistake in December. They installed the one door that fit, and then said that the correct door was going to be "rushed"... The door showed up almost a month later. So, in the end, we have two beautiful doors, but in my opinion, the hassles dealing with the company far outweigh the service. On a positive note, the installer was always professional, friendly and did great work. So, I think if you aren't in a hurry, order from Shower Door of Canada.
