Had an issue with the steel cable coming off the reel came same day and resolved the issue. Have been dealing with him for many years . This is my second home he has worked on. I have called others but found them to be money gouging and very dishonest. For example This other company that advertises 15.00 just to come out for the quote. But wanted 350.00 to do the same job. I said no and he kept going down to 150.00. I still said no because that company left a bad taste in my mouth and I will be reporting them.
