the installation was a breeze, no wires no hassle. monitoring is real time. if there is a problem you are connected to a represenative through the two way voice activated control. recomended to a friend they love it to!!

They Have downsied in the past year or so, harder location to find. it also seems to be less customer friendly, and the staff somtimes not very knoledgable. that being said they do ushually have what you need in stock.
