We needed not only our dryer vent cleaned but also the vent than ran from the attic & out to& from the roof. This required Marc to examine all aspects of our original installation which proved to be the wrong material (5" & plastic instead of 4" & metal) & exacerbated the amount of lint blockage, including where it vented from the roof. The vent itself was also the wrong product, with tiny slats. All this Marc cleaned & documented with pictures & on film. He was, punctual, knowledgeable & professional...& in every sense of the word Reliable. Thanks
