Michel was fantastic to work with - his attention to detail, thoroughness with his evaluation, and depth of knowledge was unparalleled. When speaking with Michel and reading through his home reports (I've used him twice), I truly believe I was in the best hands possible. His approach is pragmatic, so that you have a full assessment of whether an issue with your prospective home is consequential enough to back out on the home, or whether it's something that can be fixed down the road. I was blown away by his familiarity with every possible system in the house. I can't recommend Michel enough. He was amazing.
