Neat Plumbing did everything for our 4000+ sq ft dream home. Very professional and their lines are clean, straight, and well planned. Explained where every valve is and what each does. Passed inspection perfectly. They even cleaned up after themselves unlike many other trades. We needed a small change before family arrived for Christmas Eve. They came on December 23 on short notice for something that ended up being less than 15 minutes, and they did it with a smile. The quality of their work and their customer service is excellent.

Raphael and his crew painted our dream home. He matched colours / shades that were unique and not "off the shelf", made our 20' ceilings look beautiful, and he and his crew were responsive and clearly proud of their work. They made a mistake by painting the inside, rather than the outside, of our front door red. They offered to repaint it at no cost but we really liked what they did, and they did the outside red perfectly - it took many coats after they scraped the construction and insulation debris off the door and it shines. The crew's skill really shows in their finishes - they way they finished drywall and trim deficiencies make everything look seamless.

Could never have asked for better electricians. Arthur & Anthony wired our new build home (4000+ sq ft) - over 100 pot lights, pendant lights, ceiling fans, outdoor boxes, a separate breaker panel in our garage for charging electric cars, etc. - and we passed inspection without an concerns the first time. Arthur has a real eye for detail and ensured that we had a minimal number of switches placed in discreet locations so they did not interfere with the design of our trim and other design features. His passion for his work is obvious. After we moved in we asked for adjustments to a few light fixtures and a couple outlets. We had family coming for Christmas Eve and Anthony came to make these adjustments on December 23rd, and on short notice, so that everything would be perfect to impress. I work with many contractors in the construction industry, and their commitment to service is second to none.

We retained Graeme @ Somerset Construction to manage the construction of our dream home in Port Credit. Our project was a full teardown of an old side-split house from the 1950's to build a modern 4000+ sq. ft. home. We were on a strict timeline, and though a few basement walls and some paint had yet to be done, we moved and celebrated Christmas in our new home within 10 months of the demolition of the old house. Building a house from a hole in the ground is never easy, but Graeme ensured our dealings with the various trades were smooth and, where necessary, fixed promptly. He and his trades made great suggestions along the way without pushing an "upsell" - many little changes we never thought of made a big difference. Every issue and step in the construction plan was addressed in a straight up, direct, and professional manner. Importantly, cost control was always at the forefront of his decisions and suggestions, and I have no doubt our project would have cost much more without his efforts. We have a dream home because of Graeme.

Faulkner's is a family run business and they take care of their customers. We first went there for a range for our old house and Gord was patient, showed us options without pushing any brand, and was honest about the downsides of expensive appliances we considered. After comparing with other dealers, we went back to buy all appliances for our new house - the full package with 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, wine fridge, strong vent hood, etc. and they helped us pick the best of each appliance rather than push a brand package like the competitors we visited. Michael even arranged for a loaner fridge without us asking and free of charge - including drop off and pickup - when delivery of the fridge we ordered was delayed by the manufacturer. Plus their delivery team is polite and extremely careful - they did not make even the smallest scratch in either of our old or new homes. Faulkner's has a great team, is a solid local business, and is honest about their prices, which are very competitive. On this latter point, Michael was honest, open, and forthright about their pricing as we drafted our order - I've never seen this before and really appreciate how he and his father do business. I have already referred many friends and clients to them and will continue to do so.
