I was having a problem with centipedes in my home, mostly in the basement. Phoned and spoke to Mike, he was very thorough in his explanation. Arrived on time, went through the entire home with me to explain the process. I am happy with the service he provided.

I contacted AFG after reading several reviews. I just needed my A/C unit tuned up. Rafi did the work, no problems, and explained what I needed to know. I will contact him again in the fall for my maintenance on my furnace.

Purchased a refrigerator from Sears, bought it at a great price. Also good to know that if an item goes on sale within 30 days from the time that you bought it, they will refund you the difference. Great customer service, always able to answer any questions.

I always call Sears for my carpet and rug cleaning. They were able to steam clean my rug in my home, no need to take it away. They show up on time and the work is done as expected, no surprise charges.

I ordered blinds for a spare bedroom, faux wood. There were on sale, so the price was great, and they were ready within a couple of days. But they were cut incorrectly and they didn't fit when I tried to install them. They had new ones cut and they were ready quickly. To make up for the problem, they gave me a small discount, which was helpful.

I needed my kitchen countertop replaced, and chose granite. Tom at Distinctive by Design was very helpful and assisted in choosing the right product for my needs. The work was done professionally and the price was reasonable. I was also happy that the installation was done quickly and with very little mess.

I received one of their flyers, so I called for an estimate. They were very prompt, and professional. The price was comparable to others, but they seemed more professional than others. Overall, I was satisfied with the work.
