Went in with questions regarding higher end professional stoves and fridges...the salesperson, was not informed and straight out told us, he wasn't able to answer our questions, informed us to go on line or call the company if we wanted more information, didn't even try to get us the information...needless to say...he lost the sale!

I was constantly called to upgrade my services....when they came it was a rush job. The job was never properly done, On a good note they would return over and over again......
