This is the second time I needed help with some critters in my attic so (14 years later) of course I'm going to give Troy a call. Troy is the real deal, he came the following day and quickly identified the entry point and also took care to check the entire roof perimeter and sure enough found a second location and blocked it off. I highly recommend Troy, AFAIC he's the best in the business!

I was renovating my basement laundry room and needed to have some water lines moved and get a new rough in for a laundry tub. Valentin was great with recommending how to proceed, he was able to temporarily run water lines for my washer while I put up some walls and came back to finish the job on a second visit. He responded quickly and did a great job I will definetely call him again for my plumbing needs.

We needed a new carpet runner for our stairs and landing area so I contacted Victorious Flooring for an estimate. Mark was easy to deal with and was quick to respond to my emails. He promptly came by my place on a weekend and provided me with different options for the runner and a very competitive estimate. Within a couple of weeks the installer came by and did a fantastic job with the installation of the carpet. He was very professional, worked quickly and cleaned up after himself. Will definetely call on Victorious Flooring again, thanks Mark!

My shingled roof was in rough shape following the winter, many shingles were in bad shape and were flying off so it was in dire need of replacing. I decided to contact New Steel Roofers for an estimate. Max arrived on time and I was amazed at how competitive the pricing was as opposed to asphalt shingles. I decided to go with New Steel Roofers with their Granite Ridge Stone Coated metal shingle product and I couldn't be happier. They came the following week during a nice spell of weather in March and worked at removing my old chimney and then installing the new roof. The workers were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. Everyone compliments me on the look of my new roof and I just love knowing that I'm taken care of with the lifetime warranty. I purchased a new shower faucet at Rona ($230) and decided to give the Rona install services a try. The young lady at the install counter was nice enough and told me it would cost roughly $130 to replace my existing one. The following week the contracted out plumber for Rona comes over and tells me that it will be more money for the install and to call Rona to see what he will quote them. After trying to contact my Rona install contact numerous times and leaving messages I finally get her on the phone and she tells me it will be an additional $250 for a total of $380 just for the install so I decide to find another plumber to do the job instead. (which was much cheaper) Trying to get refunded for my install took me weeks as she would not return any of my calls and early one morning I finally got a hold of her on the phone. So much for Rona customer service, I will definitely not do business with that Rona again.

I needed three new exterior doors for my old drafty house so I gave Casa Bella a call. I have to say that I was impressed with my whole experience dealing with Casa Bella. Steven from Casa Bella was helpful with from the picking out of new doors and taking measurements to the install by the Casa Bella crew. Steven was always quick to respond and address any concerns I had. After booking an install date with Steven the crew came by and installed all three doors in about half a day, removal and installation was done very professionally and with precision and they cleaned up all the mess. My old doors had no insulation whatsoever but my new doors now keep that cold air out, what a difference! I would definitely recommend Casa Bella to anyone and will do business with again.

I contacted Arshad shortly after moving into a home that needed a gas line run into the kitchen for a new gas stove. He came that weekend to have a look at what was needed. After agreeing on the work he called me back to set up a time that same week and was on time and on budget!

Got a great online quote from Yarrabee, went for an appointment the third week of November and decided to go ahead with new granite countertops for the kitchen. The countertops were installed December 7th! less than a month after we purchased and they look amazing. Our whole experience with Yarrabee was terrific, from picking out our granite slab, having the template done to the installation, everything moved forward quickly and was done with a great deal of professionalism. I called MTB Plumbing in the afternoon and they sent someone over at 9AM sharp the following morning. Jason had no problem fixing the plumbing for my new sink and also made adjustments to my new faucet. I will definitely call on him again for my plumbing needs.
