Contacted Eaves Experts to get a quote. The downspout was obviously leaking, but it wasn't a rush. The team arrived later that week to observe the issue, discuss a solution to our satisfaction and provide an estimate. They returned the following weekend to do the repairs but were unable to apply a caulking because it started to rain. They returned as promised a couple of weeks later to finish the job. We were only invoiced once the job was fully completed. It was a bit more expensive than we'd initially anticipated, but completely in line with the estimate with which we were in full agreement. Communications (mostly with Neethan) were excellent, all interactions respectful, our wishes respected, the job well done. The firm acted with integrity. No hesitation in recommending Eaves Experts to anyone.

We got great service from the company who worked coordinated with the roofers to get both the skylight and roofing done on the same day. There was one issue regarding condensation around the edges that was quickly answered. We were able to resolve it with the information provided.

We purchased a sofa and chair from Choice Leather this year. Both the quality of the product and the service were excellent. Quality is high and prices were very competitive for that quality. When our contractor abandoned the job and left behind the waste from our renovations we contacted Des O'Leary. Des came very highly recommended on Homestars and rightfully so. Des was quick to respond, prompt, thorough, efficient and right priced. He did an excellent job and as a bonus, he is also amiable and a pleasure to work with.
