When we realized we had bed bugs in my son's room I had a strong emotional reaction. I had never experienced something like this before and was horrified that my son had slept in a bed in the presence of bed bugs. I jumped on Homestars and began to make some calls. I had discussions with several companies all providing a slightly different approach to extermination. It was hard to figure out who to turn too, who to trust, which approach was best and how much was fair to pay. After a lengthy discussion with Mohammed we invited him to come over for an evaluation. He found the bugs and their nest and explained his treatment approach which is very detailed. I liked the fact that he simply doesn't come over spray the whole house but that he actually inspects, finds exactly where the bugs are and treats the areas in detail. Initially I was shocked by the fee he quoted for the work but as I see it now, he more than delivered on service. The following day he answered our many questions as we were trying to figure out what to do. We decided to book Mohammed and he came on Thanksgiving Monday to exterminate the bugs. His work was careful, respectful and thorough. He came back twice for follow up visits and answered my questions over text almost immediately every time. There are emotional, physical and social impacts to dealing with bed bugs and Mohammed understood them all and helped us navigate through the journey. Blair Bailey has done an incredible job of increasing the size of our hallway closet a few weeks ago. Our closet used to be very small (because we couldn't access it completely). The closet had an old and small 1920's door and Blair has essentially doubled the size of the closet and installed sliding doors. We now have doubled the space for storage! Yeah! Blair quoted us a fair price, showed up as scheduled, kept our house clean throughout the renovation (he had to cut through a plaster wall) and completed the work earlier than planned. He has a fantastic attention to detail and obviously loves what he does. We are ready to hire him for the next upgrades on our house. Also, in the last few years Blair redid the roof on our garage and built a railing for our stairs and we loved his work so much we contacted him again for our closet this year. Thank you Blair!
