Matteo responded immediately to our inquiry. He came the same day. We had a gas leak identified by the gas company as originating from the fireplace. We had an order to resolve the issue. Matteo attended our home and conducted a very thorough inspection and found several issues. He patiently addressed everything and replaced several parts. We also had him service the basement fireplace. He completed the gas company paperwork and submitted it. He was knowledgeable, and the cost was very fair. I would recommend him to everyone and he will be our go to for all things hbav.
