Philip was excellent to deal with, All tradesman were true professionals. I was surprised everyone had their own jobs, from Bill the electrician to Daniel the plumber & Derick the tile setter. All permits were taken out where needed (electrical). The job was not rushed, but instead care was taken to make us a happy home.

Bill was a true Professional. Arranged for Toronto Hydro to come out to provide meter location. Provided an ESA Permit w/Certificate. Was great from start to finish. Great clean up job too!
