We have purchased a few homes in the past and to avoid surprises, we decided to go with a Yuri. He completed a very comprehensive inspection with a very detailed report. Yuri took the time to answer all of my questions in detail. He was very thorough in his inspection. Although the home we are purchasing is only 10 yrs old, Yuri did a good job of pointing out many areas that will need attention in the next few years.
