He was professional and clearly communicated issues with no pressure to proceed. The work on bathroom drain ended up being more complicated than anticipated but the flat fee for the service vs. hourly rate was a bonus as we knew what the final tally would be. He completed the job with professionalism and calm. He also offered helpful tips on how to clear our bathtub drain. No more Drano or Mr. Plumbr! Glad we went with Waterworks.

Very efficient and environmentally friendly way to move. No need to collect paper boxes and recycle. Person doing the delivery was professional, accommodating, and friendly. Would definitely use this service again when we move back to our home.

Got some Hunter Douglas Nantucket and Duette blinds during their annual January sale (1/2 price, no HST). Great deal, high quality product. Designer was responsive to our needs and was knowledgeable about the product. She did accurate measurements, asked good questions and ensured the order was delivered within 3 weeks. Their installer Yong, was excellent. He installed the blinds in an efficient and professional manner and provided good tips around maintenance, warranty, and usage. A very positive experience overall, and the blinds look fabulous!

Entire project, from estimate to billing, was handled in a very professional and timely manner. Timing of different aspects of the project was well coordinated through the office. Replaced all windows and patio door. Installed insulation in basement, attic, and crawl space under extension. Insulation, drywall, and window crews were punctual, courteous, and professional. All work was done to our satisfaction and construction debris removed as per contract specifications. Reasonable price for extent of work. Office handled specific invoicing request with accuracy. Refreshing to undergo renovations in such a smooth manner.
