We needed to add insulation to our 25 year old attic and called Western. They were absolutely wonderful. They figured out which way would be the easiest way to take the hose to the attic access and put down plastic on the floors and around the ladder. The job was done in no time and then they cleaned up.

We found that the entire project from initial quote to completion of the job went exactly as described by Tim as what was said in their brochure. Our installer was Erich and we found him to be very professional, friendly, conscientious and took the time to explain the process as well as answer any questions we had throughout. The preparation and clean-up was exceptional and the time it took to do the job was pretty much what we were told which made it very nice to work within our schedule. We strongly recommend this product and company for those that are thinking of getting a new look for their kitchens or bathrooms.
