We took our time researching all hot tubs. We had a budget and were looking for healing spas (we live on a farm). We did not care about colour so did get a good price on a good spa. Now, things did go wrong, as they often do in life. There is usually no perfect situation. Here is where these guys shine. They took care of all our concerns right away. There was no issue they were not willing to address instantly. Customer service at it's best. Life happens...what happens after that matters. These guys and girls care and make it better.
