I am completely satisfied with this gas fireplace and the work done by this company. I ordered the fireplace, Dan the owner came the next day to assess what was needed and where the fire would go and it was delivered and installed within one week. The workers arrived exactly on time and took a very short lunch break. They were completely finished and cleaned up in 5 hours. They took their time explaining how the unit works and using the remote control. Moral of the story: don’t leave things until the last minute; every heating/maintenance firm will tell you that their busiest time is at the start of winter. Order in spring like we did and you’ll be completely satisfied.
