Worst customer service. Had to call 5 separate times to cancel and get a refund. Each time I was told that cancellation had been processed..only to find out a month later they kept withdrawing money. 5 months and 5 calls to cancel..which is just ridiculous.
Would highly recommend! Worth every penny! Rick did a wonderful job inspecting the house I was about to purchase. I feel I am so lucky to have found such a good inspector. I couldn't have asked for a better inspector. Rick spent about 4 hours to inspect the property and took a lot of pictures. He was very thorough and caught very minor details that most would have missed. Within the next day, he provided me with a 60 pages long report that explained every little details of deficiencies he found. Unlike the inspectors that provide a report onsite, he probably spent as much time, if not more, analyzing the pictures, researching (he took serial numbers of furnace and water tanks and research to find their ages) and putting together the report that was very detailed and easy for anyone to understand. Would definitely use him again.
