I put through a request on Homestars and Dinesh was the first to respond. Although I got a few quotes, Dinesh was able to meet my budget, design and timeline. Dinesh came through as promised. The cabinets were installed on the day I requested, approximately 1 month from our first meeting. The other suppliers I received quotes from would take 2 months or more and at a higher price. Dinesh was able to provide the colors and materials I was looking for without hesitation or at a higher price. From the date of the original quote to the installation date, I made changes and additions and Dinesh did not charge me anymore for this. To my surprise, everything turned out better than I expected, from the design to quality of workmanship. Sometimes you find a diamond in the rough and Richdale Kitchens is definitely the Diamond. If you're looking for cabinets, I would look no further than Richdate kitchens.

Renovated my basement. I called many plumbers which were all too busy or would not take the time to provide an on site quote or wanted to charge for a quote. Then I called Plumber's Direct, Peter, and my confidence in Plumber's was restored. Peter answered the phone immediately and came out quickly to provide me with a free quote. Within days his team was out to do the work. They did it quickly and perfectly. I called Peter again when the fixtures needed to be installed and his team came out quickly and did a perfect job. Peter and team are reliable, respectable and the cost is reasonable and very fair. I would recommend no other that Plumber's Direct for all your Plumbing needs. To add to this story, just recently I had a major plumbing issue with an investment property. I called Peter and his team came out immediately to do the work. Renovated my basement. Needed all the wiring done for the rec room, kitchen and bar area including all the Pot lights. Val and team showed up when they promised and completed the work on time. The outcome was much better than expected. They also rewired some circuits that were not done properly at no extra cost. I also added things that were not on the original contract and Val and team did them without hesitation at a minimal expense. I have hired Electricians in the past but there is no one better, more reliable and experienced than Val and team. Kristina is also awesome, she stayed in touch with me from the beginning to the end of the project and also followed up after the work was completed to ensure I was fully satisfied. I am more than satisfied with the work done. They went above and beyond all my expectations. Its rare you hire a contractor that does more that agreed to at no additional expense. $250 for set up and monitoring for 18 months, best price on the market. Also, excellent customer service, service was completed earlier than expected and the technician was quick and knowledgable.
