Doug came to my house right on time, I explained to him that I’ve had two other companies try to fix my forced air furnace and both companies said they fixed it and of course 30 mins after they left furnace shut off again and they wouldn’t come back. Doug looked at the furnace for 20 mins and had it figured out. Ordered the part and left me a couple space heaters to keep the edge off. He arrived the next day installed the part and the furnace has worked perfectly ever since, can’t san enough good things about Doug. Highly recommend DMC
