He has been an incredible help and has good product knowledge. He made sure I was informed of all and or any rebates that could help with such a large purchase. He has a wonderful disposition and has a kind and gentle way of making things understandable. Ilidio has and continues to make all my dealing very pleasurable. The quality of work perform by the team is amazing I always show off the workmanship when people ask who did my installation, these guys were fantastic. He ALWAYS takes or returns my calls.
