they did a good job with the water connection and arrived on time for the job. The quoting caused some misunderstanding but this issue was resolved to my satisfaction by management. They were overall fast and efficient and i appreciate that.

Mark was booked for 6pm. He arrived exactly at 6pm. He gave us multiple model options including pros and cons and informed us that we actually would do just fine with a smaller air conditioner!
