I was referred to Maric and Thermal Edge by Richard at Coretemp, another highly rated company on this website. Maric was very accommodating in arranging a time to come by, and showed the utmost respect towards my family and my home. He took the time to answer my questions, show and explain what he was doing and what the issue was, and even serviced my furnace free of charge. Maric was outright generous, honest, a gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to do business with him again, or to recommend his service to others. Thanks for everything Maric!

Moved into a house only to discover our furnace was out of shape and highly inefficient. We did some research, and Enwise seemed to have the best service and warranty, plus they promised to submit all of the rebate paperwork on our behalf and arrange for an energy audit. The initial service and installation were pleasant enough, but it's now just over a year later, and my furnace is leaking water. I haven't been able to get in touch with anybody at Enwise, and not even the phone number of our customer service rep seems to work. It seems the company has either gone bankrupt, or simply decided to cut all communication with the outside world. My warranty is now worthless, and it looks like I'll be paying someone else to come in and do the work. If by some miracle you can actually get in touch with Enwise, do not give them your business!
