The roof work was quickly accomplished, on time, and on budget given what was known. No surprises, which I appreciated. My neighbour is an unhinged and fearful individual, so they freaked out, as they always do, because scary snow fell from the roof on their porch during the process, but other than that it was very smooth. :)

I had an issue and while the snaking of the drains couldn’t fix the issue, they refunded the entire cost of service, and that is worth many more stars. Honestly and customer service are so important. It meant more to me that they recognized that and didn’t charge me in the end. Thank you Alex!

Had a raccoon throw my chimney cap through our pergola rooftop. Sandy and his team were quick to replace the Plastic rooftop in a morning. Price was very fair, and everyone was professional and wore masks when we talked. Responsible, professional, and at a good price!

Niall was awesome! He came out to my place to attach a chimney cap, to a chimney that raccoons had moved into. The price was very fair. Everything was fine until a few days later the raccoons pulled off the chimney cap and threw it off the roof. I asked Niall to come back, and he did so and fixed some wire mesh to the chimney cap to hold it in place, all free of charge.
