After using 5 different services that I was not pleased with, I finally found SOPHANNI and have been completely satisfied for about 2 years now. A wonderful woman, KERRY-ANN, has meticulously cleaned our home regularly and has always arrived on time. (and has never broken anything...unlike previous services) I have also had a few dealings with SOFFEE, an owner/manager. Whenever I've had questions, she's always promptly emailed or phoned back. I cannot express how totally happy I am with both of these women. If you want GREAT service, Sophanni is the company to deal with.

We had been with the same co. for years but when our A.C. died for about the 3rd year in a row, we decided to switch. Luckily, we found John; we called with our problem & he was here the next day. After assessing the problem he concluded that we needed a new cooling unit. He returned & completed the job in less than 2 hours. He is a very likeable man, both courteous and polite. Of course we are extremely satisfied with his work, his excellent price & the fact that he cleaned up so thoroughly afterwards. We will recommend him to others & will call John for any future needs.
