We hired Cozy Casa Constructions to renovate our investment property. They completed the project within the estimated time frame and at a very reasonable price. We will certainly be using their services for future projects. Bill and his team did an amazing job by converting the old town-house into an elegant home. I strongly recommend the Cozy Casa team. This renovation included all of the upgrades including Quartz kitchen countertops, flooring, new doors, pot lights, fibreglass bath tub, and electric fireplace, in addition to various small upgrades that helped us in getting more value for he house and selling it in few days after the entire renovation was completed.
