If you need your home's ducts cleaned, Mint Duct Cleaning definitely provides the service you would hope for. They went through all the details & processes with me during their whole time spent here. They showed me the before & after of the return grills. They showed me all the dirt / dust that came through our HVAC system on a temporary filter they used for one part of the cleaning process. I was amazed at how much dirty WAS in our ducts & now OUT. This is a quality company which also provided me additional knowledge. We went with the Gold package which was reasonably priced as it included all the items that needed attention. They offered exactly what we required. They called to find out if they could arrive earlier. They were very friendly & courteous to the whole family. Great customer service overall. Will definitely use Mint Duct Cleaning again in 2 years or so when the ducts need to be cleaned. Will highly recommend to my friends. Mint Duct Cleaning was recommended to me through my family.

This company is great. What sold me was the live video feed of the ducts being cleaned. I did some research of other duct cleaners and nobody else provided this service. The only issue I have was that they sprung an additional $80 service charge for the furnace that they said needed to be done. Inquire about this when calling them.

I just noticed that the contact numbers for Enwise Home Services are not in service. I'm furious. The $650 incentive for the Furnace & AC unit we purchased was declined by Ontario Power Authority because Enwise didn't put the Evaporator Coil model / serial # on the invoice. I'm having problems getting in touch with Enwise to send me a revised invoice. On top of that, the service warranty won't be valid anymore. Any ideas as to what I should do? Clive ci_ferns@yahoo.ca
