I really value the amount of care they put into the business. They take the time to do on-site quotes, which can be much more time-consuming, but it speaks to their willingness to provide accurate information and ensure client confidence.

I just wanted to thank Flowtek for dropping by my father-in-law's place for a small leak in a pipe in the basement. They were very responsive in making the appointment and came as soon as we were available. They were also fully transparent with pricing differences for the evening/weekend services so I could decide for myself how early I needed the repair done.
