Our first encounter with Dale was pleasant. He was knowledgeable and thorough with his quote and his suggestions to bring our vision to reality. His 2 man crew that built our deck were very efficient and completed our deck within 2 days. The attention to detail met our expectation and beyond. We met Peter through Homestars based on all the reviews posted. We hired Peter and Nick to renovate both our master ensuite and our kid's bathroom. They were clean, meticulous, and thorough with their work. The end product was amazing! Even months after the job was completed, Peter was always available to return, to address any issues or concerns that had come up. He has been willing to come up with solutions for anything that arises. Thank you!

My husband and I were ready to conquer our next reno project which was our bathrooms. We thoroughly did our research and came across Aquata from the great reviews on home stars. We met with Peter one evening and at the end of the session was sold on his patience, professionalism, and his attention to detail. He really took the time to understand our vision and provide his professional expertise on things to consider. He showed us his portfolio which was impressive and provided a very detailed quote. Peter is very patient, thorough, meticulous, and really produces a fantastic end product. For this guest bathroom the detail that went into moving the plumbing from an interior wall to the exterior wall was incredible. He and his assistant Nick really were meticulous about everything from the plumbing, tiling, installation, and even the cleaning! The tiling was done to precision with every grout line following a linear pattern from the floor, to the tub skirt, and finally to the wall. The end of day cleaning was spectacular. Nick would sweep and even wipe down my floors with a wet cloth to ensure no dust was left behind. The end product of our guest bathroom was everything we hoped for and more. We look forward to having our master en-suite renovated next by Aquata!

This team of hard working men need to be praised on their meticulous and efficient work ethic. It took me 2 years of researching, getting quotes, following them on social media before i took the leap and hired Pro Loc for my project as well as my parents backyard. My meetings with Paul were never rushed as he took the time to understand my vision and provided guidance with how he can turn it into reality. He was patient and detailed oriented in designing our projects. The excavation crew lead by Tyler et al. were efficient in getting the area dug up and prepped for the installers. The installers which consisted of Alex and his hard working crew were able to efficiently and meticulously get the job done in 2 days! They listened to our concerns with our property and made sure they were all addressed during the installation. There was a minor concern at my parents backyard but that was quickly addressed within a short time (less than a week). A final shout out to Gary the flagstone installer. I was always hesitant with having flagstone done on my porch as i have seen so many houses in my neighbourhood where the mortar lines were done in a sloppy fashion. Paul assured me that Gary was a pro at his work. I took Paul's word on it and went with the flagstone and i was absolutely thrilled with the final product. Gary, was very meticulous with the placements of the stone and most importantly the mortar lines. A big thank you to the whole crew of Pro Loc on the absolutely spectacular work your team has provided from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone looking to beautify their space! If you choose them please don't forget to definitely spoil them with some cold ones at the end of a working day. They definitely deserve it!!! Helen and Jag

Domenic was such a pleasure to deal with right from the start. His crew of 10 men worked quickly and efficiently and got our driveway done within 1.5 hours. Domenic was there the whole time to make sure the job got done right and we were satisfied with the result. These men need to get praised on their hard work. We enjoyed working with Domenic and his crew and spoiled them with beer and food at the end, they really deserved it! We can’t thank you guys enough. Our driveway looks spectacular! Sky kitchen has allowed our vision to come to reality! Our kitchen is absolutely stunning on so many levels. Everyone who sees the transformation is in awe and say’s how this kitchen is something out of a magazine. The person who allowed for all this to happen and who we are grateful for, his patience and dedication, is Binder! He would never rush and always took the time to listen and provide his expert advice where needed. He took the time to understand our vision and worked closely with us every step of the way. Ali, the owner, is a kind and genuine man. My first encounter with him was very positive. He was knowledgeable and helpful when answering my questions. He was always readily available by phone. Ali also went above and beyond and assisted with my order for a kitchen sink with another vendor. This just goes to show that he is willing to help wherever he can. We were on a time crunch with back to school and with Ali's busy schedule he was able to accommodate my installation for my counter top before school started and for this i am ever so grateful. I also wanted to mention the installer, Alex, who was phenomenal at his work. He was very meticulous and ensured everything was done in a pristine manner. Alex was great at problem solving when he was faced with a challenge during the installation. His years of experience is what has mastered his skill of installation.
