I recently hired Junshang Landscaping to complete a hardscaping project for two adjacent properties in the Beaches area. It was by far the best experience I've had working with any contractor in the 30 years I've been hiring and managing them. Working with Joe and Sara was incredible! After researching several landscaping companies, I found JL to be the most professional, honest, and detail-oriented. They were patient with me from the moment I contacted them until the last day of the project when they reviewed everything with me in person. They even returned a large sum of money that I had overpaid, which was a rare and welcome gesture. Sara and I worked together to finalize the design, pricing, and scope of the project. Joe wasted no time expediting the work, which was essential given the encroaching winter season. Joe is an excellent contractor who listened to my wishes, offered honest recommendations, and steered me away from design choices that would have negatively affected the outcome. The entire crew, including Joe and Sara, were very respectful, and we worked collaboratively to create a product that impresses pedestrians. Despite Chinese being their native language, there was never a communication issue, and we were always on the same page. We compromised on solutions, and there was never a disrespectful moment throughout the project, even though we encountered a few significant issues. A testament to their professionalism is how well they handled these challenges and got us back on track with minimal cost or time delays. JL was cheaper, faster, and more polished than any of the other contractors I researched. The materials they used were the best in the industry, and they still managed to be more cost-effective than their competitors. This allowed us to incorporate additional high-end materials, which only added to the overall value of the project. I am the envy of my neighbors who are now eager to have their aging landscaping completed by this amazing company. I highly recommend Junshang Landscaping and am eager to refer them to all my family, friends, neighbors, and colleagues. In conclusion, my experience with JL was the best renovation experience of my life!

In late 2022, I hired Kal, Owner/Manager, to install a premium iron fence on 4x4 posts for 2 properties in the Beaches. This was a nightmare and Kal was unprofessional, unapologetic, unaccountable and left me with an unfinished/damaged fence. Kal was to supply me with 4x4 galvanized/powder coated posts and when I asked what time they would arrive the next day, he said he needed 2 more weeks. This was problematic as I scheduled landscapers/concrete pour on Monday morning and needed to install the posts over the weekend. Kal then berated/yelling that I had the wrong dates and that I was unappreciative of his efforts until I sent him texts that proved the date I relied on was correct. I had to reshuffle my contractors last minute late Friday afternoon. Originally, Kal showed how their powder coating doesn't chip on a sample piece of metal and yet everything came chipped. When asked about it, Kal said it happens but he would touch up with paint. On the day of installation, Kal forced, kicked, wedged, hammered the panels in place and even grinded away the galvanize to bare metal severely damaging the fence. Despite the posts sitting for 2 months before, in harsh weather with snow/ice/salt, the posts never rusted but within days of his installation rust already began to form. After watching his installation, I noticed that they were trying to figure out where the panels needed to go. They left 2 sections uninstalled despite having them in the truck. When I asked why, Kal said that all of his drill batteries had died. When I asked about the poor quality and damages, he offered the galvanizing/powder coat companies for me to discuss these issues. When I asked why items on the contract were missing, he said I had told him differently in person so he relied on what I apparently told him instead of following the written contract. Despite his poor workmanship, Kal offered no apologies. After speaking with the galvanize company, I was told that the metal would be protected for over 40+ years provided the galvanize layers were intact. I later found out that it could be protected for up to 175 years so it was obvious these were not just superficial scratches. When I asked Kal about why the installation was so sloppy, he admitted that hes never actually installed a 4x4 post fence before but failed to mention it when I hired him and I would never have hired him had I known. When I asked him about the deep gouges/rust, he said he would touch it up with paint. It was -11 degrees and he said he would come a few days later when it was warmer at 4 degrees (0 with the windchill). Kal sent me a video of an industrial-grade acrylic paint used for touch ups. I called the powder coat paint company and found out that it's Benjamin Moore latex paint and not the product he sent but was also told not to apply it at freezing weather as it was only latex. Having painted the exterior of both homes in 2021, BM also confirmed that the paint had to be applied in proper conditions for it to cure (above 10 degrees for 30 days). I told Kal that he misled me with the painting/galvanizing, downplayed the severity of the damages, showed that the fence patterns did not line up and yet Kal expressed no accountability and offered no apologies. I had asked that he return to finish the job, repair the damages, correct the mistakes and for the posts that were expensive to remove/repair, provide an as-is discount in lieu but in his last communication, he didn't want to return to the job site, instead, return my deposit and let me deal with the damaged fence. Unfortunately now I must hire a third party contractor to address his deficiencies. I would strongly caution anyone against hiring Iron & Railings Intl Inc. and be wary of the promises that are offered to you. The quality of their work is shoddy at best, and their lack of accountability is appalling. Save yourself the headache and choose a more reliable fencing company, where your money is well spent and youll be valued as a client.

I just had TWO units installed in my home and.... just WOW! I'd been canvassing for quotes on Google, as well as family and friends, for some time now because of old and broken AC units in my newly purchased home. I was getting some incredibly high prices which left me having to make some sacrifices on installation specs or product quality which was very discouraging. I guess with Facebook's AI system, Quality Breeze's ad popped up in my feed. Now I NEVER click on any FB ads because I always fear I will be spammed in the future but WOW, very glad that I did! From the very start, the person who messaged me on FB was very informative, wasn't pushy with sales at all and was actually very pleasant to exchange messages with. I asked for a phone call back for more information and to confirm the quote that I just received and was very surprised when Bing was able to call me back on a late Saturday afternoon. He later told me that they work 24/7 and didn't have any issues coordinating an appointment. Bing was a total professional in the way he communicated, answered my (sometimes stupid sounding) questions and walked me through every single process from end-to-end. BING IS THE MAN!!! Quality Breeze definitely chose a perfect representative to be client-facing because it made this installation seem effortless. I always knew what to expect, what was being done, how long it would take, how much everything cost (and I have to say, the prices are THE MOST competitive that I've been able to find hands done, while even using premium products like Goodman.) Bing even went as far as writing "no hidden fees" on my invoice to give me the reassurance that the competitive price was, in fact, that price and was exactly what we agreed on. The technicians came on time, to the minute. They were very pleasant to talk to and before I even had a chance to even ask them to cover my hardwood floors, they came in with multiple drop clothes and cardboard to cover my floor and every flight of stairs (one of my units was installed on the 4th floor of a townhouse.) They worked all day, very quietly, was very well organized, replaced EVERYTHING with brand new equipment and came and left without any trace of any garbage or debris. What surprised me most was their close attention to detail, again, WOW! From neatly tucking cables and wires, cutting off extra inches off on the new wall brackets so as not to catch on anything and even the caulking was done meticulously. I can be pretty OCD about things but I was left in awe at how perfect everything was, how easy this process was, how extremely affordable the prices were, how pleasant and professional every representative conducted themselves and how much this left me on such a positive note that I felt the need to share this experience. I'm thoroughly impressed and can go on and on about this experience (and it was an AC unit installation!) but will leave it to you to find out. I imagine they will be consistent and be just as impressive. They really set the bar high for not only HVAC companies but any type of client-facing company. Well done Quality Breeze! I can't thank you enough for making this experience so positive! WOW

Hi Stephen, thank you so much for your such positive feedback!

I ordered a roof inspection report that I am going to submit with a litigation case for a new home purchase were the Sellers didn't disclose the severly damaged roof. I was pleasantly surprised to review a very comprehensive inspection report that my Lawyer was very pleased with as it will help strengthen my case. I would recommend Mr. Roof Repair for their excellent inspection reporting services.
