Vincent came over and established that the freon level was low he had to aquire some that would work with our older model sub zero he came back the next day and had our fridge up and running nice and cold. But as sometimes happens service work is not a perfect science and after a few days the fridge started to warm again , After a call Vince was back in hours and upon further investigation discovered the Valve that accepts the freon was lose after tightening it up and sealing the cap with teflon tape we now have a nice cold fridge. And although this call was entirely not his fault Vince would not accept a dime .That is above and beyond great service Thanks again Vince Lloyd Smith.
