We needed a new kitchen, TV built in, and flooring/staircase. I got roughly 5-6 quotes, and of all of them Lupo from Get Reno left the best impression. He told me he might not be the cheapest quote, but he would be the most professional. Well he was almost the cheapest, but I hired him because he left the best impression. He sent over his contract which was very detailed and that made a good impression as well. Lupo kept us updated throughout the project with photos and text updates. When he had staff shortages, he rolled up his sleeves and did the work himself. We came back to a new house and we feel like the investment paid off. I would certainly use Lupo again.
