Fraser and the Major Mack Team are clean cut and to the point. No upselling or trying to oversell you on what you need. Install was fast and Fraser put down drop cloths along all pathways he would need to take. Install was flawless and we have had 0 issues with our new equipment. After Fraser and his team were finished, they thoroughly cleaned their work space and all avenues used to get through the house. Would definitely recommend.
