My wife and I bought a house that was turned over in a rough condition including only one working key for one of four exterior doors. I read reviews about John's business here and thought he sounded great and it turned out he was. I asked John if he thought he'd be able to change all the locks on all four doors to one single key. He did not overpromise, said he'd try and then came through in spades. Not only was John able to key all the doors in the house the same he was also to make that same key work for the hinged door to the garage earning major bonus points.
