Had my upright freezer repaired about a month ago and left Fix a 10 star review. On Thursday July 30 I found a pool of water around my non-running refrigerator. Put food in coolers and called Fix in a panic. Took them about 2 hours to get back to me. They told me they could have someone look at it on Tuesday August 4. I asked them if they were joking. Unfortunately they were dead serious. Reminded them that all our food was about to spoil and that having no refrigerator for 5 days during a heatwave was unworkable. They offered no reason why 5 days and gave me no suggestions on alternative solutions. If this is how you deal with return business then I have to revise my initial rating. Managed to find another company able to come in less than 24 hours. Thanks for nothing Fix.
