I called Reliance this morning because I noticed my air conditioner was not blowing cold air. A technician named Sean was sent to my house within 2 hours. He came, took one listen and was able to diagnose and fix the problem with an hour. He also took a look at the furnace and did a small maintenance job. Overall we were very satisfied with his work. He was very knowledgeable, polite and courteous.

We called this company on a Sunday after researching water tank replacement online. Our water tank was broken. Rinnai the manufacturer listed this company as an approved installer. We gave them a call and Dan arranged to meet the next morning first thing with promise of installation on Tuesday. He showed up early with great news that they can install that afternoon. The crew showed up on time and had everything done in 4 hrs. I was happy to have hot water after 2 days without it. Dan then proceeded to call the next day to check up on things. This company provides excellent customer service. We are very happy with the installation.
