We hired Frank a few weeks ago to repair some water damage around our patio door, and also to see about waterproofing the door. Frank got everything done in a couple of hours. He was friendly and cheerful the whole time, and is the only contractor we've ever had in our home who was able to pet our crazy dog. :) We also found his rates very reasonable. It's rained a few times since then and we're very happy to note that we haven't had any problems with water coming in. We are very happy with Frank's work and would definitely hire him again for other projects.
