We were very impressed with the excellent service we received from Peter. We own a business in Toronto and rely on our humidifier for our services. We had a problem on the Sunday before Family Day and sent an emergency email request to Peter, who was recommended to us. He called us at 8am on the Holiday and came out within the hour. He came at the exact time he said he would, he was extremely polite and cleaned up after himself. He diagnosed the problem and was able to fix our unit. It is now better than ever.
