I had an emergency situation where we had partial power in our home and called Hi-Lite Electric for service. I explained the situation and Luciano advised me to call Hydro first, explaining that he has come across similar situations and it would be in my best interest to contact them to assess the situation which could minimze my cost if it was an outside problem. Luciano was very knowledgeable, honest and informative he kept in touch with me through the whole process. This service is exceptionally satisfying knowing he could have easily made money coming out to try and assess the problem himself ..Low and behold it was a Hydro issue and Luciano saved me time and money with his honesty and has built a customer for life and Hi- lite has hightened my experience and I will definately reccomend them to all my friends and family..
