Our washing machine was leaking, called Tech Top and was contacted by Mo, he was on time and very professionally checked the washing machine, found the defected part. He ordered and came next day installed it and then tried the washing machine Work was done professionally beyond my expectation and happiness. I would recommend this company to anyone has issues with their appliances.

My experience started very well from responding to my call to coming to do an estimate. Although I got a cheaper quote from another company but I chose Canada Waterproofing based on their review. They did a clean job and if I am stopping my review here I would have given them 10 stars BUT since the ground they filled has given in because of the rain AND I have been chasing them since September 10 and only getting promises and nothing else After my review was posted I found out that the rep that I was dealing with is not with the company anymore and I received a call fro Carl the owner of the company. He apologized for the experience I had and fixed the issue right away This is what you expect from a company that has a good reputation and a management that cares about their customers. Thank you Carl and you now have a customer for life and a preacher of your sevices to everyone who is looking for a waterproofing

We hired Mike to construct a main floor 600 sqft family & living rooms addition and do a complete kitchen renovation last summer. We also previously used his service in 2019 to renovate our master and second floor bathrooms. The bathrooms were gutted and completely renovated. With the main floor addition, Mike organized all the necessary drawings for the building permit, then manage construction with his team and other sub-trades for footing, framing, electrical, plumbing, flooring, siding, roof, etc. Despite the suppliers are struggling getting materials during this Covid pandemic as well as the delays that are out of control and the safety protocols that Mike set out for the workplace everything went out very smoothly. I was most impressed that little things like a caulking, touch ups, etc. would be corrected even without us having to say anything. We can confidently say that M & D Builders is the best design | build company we have worked with and will always be our to go contractor I have already recommended Mike to friends and would recommend him to anyone.

In a typical cold winter day our tankless hot water heater stopped working, knowing who to call Five Lions was my first thought Sure enough in about an hour MOE was at my door for o check it. First was the bad news and hat it was the heat exchanger which the most expensive part but wait Five Lions come to the rescue; they called the manufacturer as my heater was over 10 years old and luckily the exchanger was still under the warranty. Moe stayed on the phone with them over couple of hours and for two days he was chase them until they decided to replace the whole unit and not the exchanger (good job MOE) They brought the new unit and did the install. Very clean job; no mess, no boxes left after and very social distancing conscious. Thank you MOE for you professionalism and honesty I will never use anyone else but Five Lions for all my HVAC needs and I am recommending them to every one not just to my friends but to everyone

Called Milano for a porch enclosure and within half an hour Matthew called me. He took all the information and gave me a quote and set a date to send someone to take the exact measurements. On the set date and time , Leon came and was very professional and prompt. I asked to have a key lock on my door and they agreed to do it with no one xtra charges ( note that another company wanted to charge me an extra $180 for that). On the set install date the team was at my door on time. They completed the installation very professionally and they cleaned after leaving the place spotless. The key lock did not come with the door but no problem , Leon came few days later and installed it. I am very happy and very satisfied with the door and the installation process. Both Mathew and Leon are amazing in their customer services skills and their professionalism. I would recommend Milano to anyone who is looking for similar job

Had my thankless hot water heater and AC stop working together. When I called I got a very friendly voice and reply from Fabio (I think that was the name). couple of hours later we had Brandon coming to our house taking all health precaution for the virus control (mask, gloves and special socks). less an hour later both AC and hot water were back in business with a smile. Was very impressed and more than happy with the service I would recommend Five Lions to anyone anytime.

Team was on time sharp (8:30 AM) as promised by Hossien. Showed me the samples and give recommendations. Within couple of hours almost 30 Potlights were installed and the house was cleaned and vacuumed I was very impressed with how professional the team was and definitely they got all my future business and will recommend them to all my friends
